This 2019 Chevrolet Camaro COPO is the 45th of 69 examples produced for the model year and was engineered by Chevrolet for drag racing competition in the NHRAs Stock Eliminator and Super Stock categories. It is powered by a supercharged 5.7-liter V8 paired with an ATI Racing Products TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter. Finished in Anniversary Blue over a race-prepped interior, the car is equipped with a spooled 9 rear end, 15 Weld wheels, lightweight disc brakes, adjustable coilovers, four-link rear suspension, a drag parachute, and wheelie bars in addition to a carbon-fiber cowl-induction hood, a safety cage, racing bucket seats, Simpson harnesses, a Hurst shifter, and AutoMeter instrumentation. The car is equipped with the Racers Package was optioned, which added a parachute, trunk-mounted weight box, and dual batteries. The car has seen use on the track and has been meticulously maintained between races! Only 69 examples of the 2019 COPO Camaro were manufactured to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 69 427-powered Camaro ZL1s ordered through the Central Office Production Order (COPO) program in 1969. Chrome 15 Weld wheels are mounted with 28.0Ã4.5 M/T ET front and 9.0/30.0 Hoosier rear drag slicks. Stopping power is provided by Strange Engineering four-piston calipers over slotted rotors at all four corners. The suspension features a four-link setup with a Panhard rod out back as well as Strange Engineering adjustable coilovers at all four corners!
