2015 Porsche 918 Spyder

This 918 Spyder is #381 of 918 built and one of four North American cars to have left the factory without paint. One of two of those cars were optioned with carbon seats in black Nomex with Acid Green embroidery. This car had the Weissach Package. Options include a Burmester sound system, black seatbelts with Acid Green accents, carbon-fiber interior trim, and two-zone automatic climate control. Powered by a 4.6-liter V8 that works in combination with dual electric motors that power all four wheels with a seven-speed PDK automatic transaxle. Other equipment includes a matte black wrap, 20â and 21â 918 Spyder magnesium wheels, an electric limited-slip differential, Active Aerodynamics system, rear-axle steering, a 6.8-kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Staggered 20â and 21â magnesium wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 265/35 and 325/30. The Porsche adaptive suspension system has a double-wishbone front and multi-link rear end along with rear-axle steering, Torque Vectoring Plus, and electro-mechanical power steering. Brake system Acid Green six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers with vented and drilled carbon-ceramic rotors 410mm at the front and 390mm at the rear. The interior includes carbon seats with black Nomex with Acid Green headrest embroidery, Acid green accents extend to the seatbelts, door cards, and dashboard. Factory equipment; a Burmester surround sound system, Bluetooth, navigation, dual-zone climate control, and a center console with a 7â touchscreen-infotainment system. The multi-function steering wheel houses a trio of configurable digital gauges that display MPH, revs, fuel level, and battery. There are five different driving modes, an E-Drive and two hybrid modes as well as sport and race modes.
