*** 1 OF 25 EVER PRODUCED!*** ONLY 6 IN THE UNITED STATES!*** FACTORY MODIFIED ENGINE TAKING STOKING 640HP TO 750HP!*** After the end of Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren production ended in early 2010, Mclaren's MSO division (McLaren Special Operations) introduced a special customization program that would convert any SLR into a McLaren Edition. Just 25 of these cars were built, of which 19 were coupes and 6 were roadsters. The SLR Mclaren Edition was given special bespoke bodywork, as well as an updated interior to help differentiate it from other SLRs. In addition to the aesthetic changes, the suspension, steering, and exhaust received upgrades as well.
In summary, a McLaren 722 MSO is an already legendary Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 that has been further customized by McLaren Special Operations to create an even rarer, more exceptional vehicle.
