One of the most extreme road cars ever developed, the Viper ''American Club Racer'' set a standard for what can be achievable when a road car is designed with the racetrack in mind. The first hint at what this machine is capable of comes from the extreme aerodynamics front and rear including carbon splitters and an enormous rear wing producing 1000lbs of downforce at 150mph. Your next hint arrives when you turn the key and the snarling 8.4l naturally aspirated V10 growls to life. All 600 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels - luckily wrapped in tremendously sticky Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's offering up vacuum like grip when paired with the race-tuned suspension and previously mentioned downforce. The Tremec manual transmission is strong enough to hold the incredible power but engages beautifully, while the steering can only be described as telepathic.
