Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to digitally present this sharp 2005 Ford Mustang. 2005 was the first year of the all new S197 fifth generation Mustang. The 05 GT was an important car as it began the retro craze soon to be followed by other auto manufacturers. During this time the Camaro and Challenger were nonexistent so the Mustang had the pony car world in its hands. The 4.6l 281ci V8 engine cranked out a meager 300hp by todays standards, however, the car was still capable of mid to high thirteen second quarter mile runs. This low mile beauty has only clicked off 55k miles which comes to an average of just under 2800 miles per year. The silver exterior and dark red interior creates a classic combination that just looks right. With newer Mustangs, Challengers, Chargers, and Camaros having prices in the upper stratosphere, here is an opportunity to own a pampered Mustang GT at a fraction of the price.
