BACK LOT, AS IS SPECIAL, NEED A LITTLE WORK! This is a cool and hard to find 1-owner 2004 Neon RT that has under 100,000 mile, a solid engine and trans but needs a few items like, front wheel bearings, e brake cable, and other minor things, we have this priced AS IS as a back lot special for a buyer who doe not mind a little elbow grease to make this a cool little car.
