This is a 2000, class B, Xplorer 230 XLW Van. It is on a Dodge 3500 chassis. It has the 5.9 liter motor with 62,798 miles. Located in Milaca Minnesota. It is approximately 21 feet bumper to bumper. Lots of exterior storage. There is an onboard Onan 4000 watt generator, with low hours. Tires are in excellent condition, . Has passenger side Fiamma awning, Inside is in excellent condition. This has driverâs side mid bathroom with toilet/ shower combination. Front seats rotate. Second row, driver side seating that can convert into a dinette with driver rotated seat, or be laid down for a child size bed Has electric couch that can be set up as a parallel bed style sleeping or crossway sleeping in back,it can be converted into a queen size bed sleep area. Appliances include microwave, 2 burner cooktop, 3 way refrigerator, furnace, and electric water heater only. A rear A/C. Solar on Roof.( battery maintainer). There is also a exterior shower. All appliances work as they should.
