1999 GMC Savana 1500

The original Soccer Mom mode of transportation! The full-size van, better yet a classy full size van otherwise knows as the conversion Van. If you had one of these bad boys in the driveway in the 1980s and 1990s you were all kinds of important. Based on the full size Savanna van by GMC that has been being produced pretty much unchanged with the exception of some face-lifts since 1996..Thats right tried and true for nearly 30 years. At the time, instead of going out, buying a van and having it converted yourself, a lot of the time, new car dealers would have them built and sold them directly off the lot. This particular unit I believe would have been built in Santa Fe, NM by Southwest Vans with some assembly out of Elkhart IN? This is a hightop spec with all your latest and greatest technology like mood lighting, a VCR and a power retractable rear couch to bed. The van does have some bumps and bruises from cruising the open road for the last thirty years, however mechanically this Savanna runs and drives out very smooth with no rattles or shakes, no smoke or leaks and has good brakes, rubber and battery with everything in seemingly good working order. Furthermore the van shifts nice and from what can tell has a lot of good life left. Please look at the pictures for some of the road rash.
