1989 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am Pace Car 1 of 1500+/- 3.8 Turbo EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED!! Previous owner owned the car from 1992 with 26 miles on it until about year ago. Chassis miles reads 76514 although the records show the engine was rebuilt at about 74k chassis miles roughly in 2013 this car is thoroughly documented maybe the most documented i have seen. Hampton Engines did the engine work. The car is extensively modified with the original built engine coming from jack Merkel racing engines. They bored the engine 30 over and an added trw forged pistons comp cam and speed pro ring set. Champion heads and the car has a 3 inch y pipe with a te-60 turbo and 50 pound injectors an alcohol kit and an adjustable fuel pressure regulated. There is much more see receipt on engine for more details. Currently the car runs good but is set very conservative to 10 psi on pump fuel. The transmission was rebuilt at the same time. The car is in good shape the driver seat has some wear but the body is straight and clean.
