Ferrari of Lake Forest is Proud to Present this Ron Nash Designed 1989 Chevrolet Corvette GT1. This Corvette was driven to the 1989 GT1 National Championship by Morris Clemens. This Corvette features a unique front suspension set up with no frame forward of the firewall. The engine is the front suspension stress member. This was such a successful set up it was outlawed by SCCA, this car is grandfathered in and can not be duplicated. This Corvette features a replacement V8, Original 310 Fisher Motor included with the sale (needs refresh), 5 Speed Weisman Transmission, Independent Rear Suspension, Hewland Differential carrier with Salisburry Limited Slip, Unique ''Zero Caster'' front design, 25 Gallon Fuel Cell, Evaporative Brake Cooling, Center Lock BBS Wheels, Alcon Brakes and Calipers.
