1984 Chevrolet Van

This is a 1984 Chevy, Winnebago, Minnie Winnie. It is on a Chevy G 30 chassis, with the 5.7 motor. Van does not have cruise control. It has 64,761 miles, on a five digit odometer. We took this in as a 1 family owned camper, and believe mileage to be actual. Tires are older, but have decent tread with no sidewalk cracking. Interior is decent, but dated in age/appearance. It has rooftop A/C, a 4 burner cooktop with oven, and a aftermarket fridge (Electric only). It does have newer, electronic ignition water heater, furnace and on board propane. There is no generator. Everything works as it should for a 1984. Keep in mind that it is a 1984 so it has 1984 technology. It did appear to have a water leak, from a window being left open, behind driver seat under side dinette window. There is some ceiling wallpaper that has come off, and or been removed.
