Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1980 Oldsmobile 98 Regency! Leading into the early 40s Oldsmobile was looking to unveil a new model and the 98 or Ninety-Eight was born! The 98 would become the flagship full-size model and would see an incredibly long run of 12 generations spanning over 50 years! Here we have an 80 model, a mid-10th generation. The black cherry paint looks sharp and gives the lines a nice depth! The tan roof also appears in good order and provides a nice break up of the colors. The plush burgundy cloth interior looks extremely comfortable and is also in nice shape! The 20 chrome Borghini Wheels really shine in contrast to the exterior of the car! Pop the trunk and youll get a little preview of what you are in store for when you start playing some tunes. The SKAR Audio equipment is sure to provide the bass you want! Under the hood is a 5.7L 350ci V8 with a 3-speed automatic transmission. The car runs and drives out very well and is a comfortable cruiser! The current owner has had her for over a 1, acquired from family whom is stated to be the original owner, making this a 2-owner car. A copy of the original car invoice showing when it was purchased new on 2/5/81 from Nobbe Chevrolet-Oldsmobile, Inc. out of Batesville, Indiana where they traded a 78 Audi for this Regency!
