Gateway Classic Cars is proud to digitally present this 1979 Jeep CJ-5.Jeep has been a giant name in the off roading community since World War 2 and the CJ-5 series has been one of the most prolific jeeps models made with over 600,000 produced world wide. This Jeep comes with a custom grille and lifted with oversized tires, ready for some off road fun. The paint is used and faded, however just goes to the rugged reputation of the Jeep brand. Powered by a inline 6 cylinder and shifted by a 3 speed manual transmission, it drives well and shifts fine.The interior upgrades really make this a nice Jeep with the upgraded dash plate, AM/FM/MP3 radio and steering wheel. Front bucket seats and rear bench seat come with seat belts. The rear roll bar come with a aftermarket compartment system for things such as a fire extinguisher, camping gear and grab handles for the rear passengers.This could be a great outdoors Jeep for you!
