Walking around this XR-7 one should notice the special ordered Lipstick Red paint theme. Adding to the curb appeal is the 15 wheels with chrome wire hubcaps wrapped in white wall radial tires, the white pin stripping, white vinyl top, chrome grille, chrome bumpers, Cougar badging, and chrome accent trim. The interior flows well with the paint theme featuring white vinyl seats, seat belts, red carpeting, red dash with woodgrain inserts, and white door panels. This car mixes comfort and performance with features such as air conditioning, an AM Radio, power steering, power brakes, etc. Powering this Cougar is a 351 CID V8 engine mated to a Ford C4 3-speed automatic transmission with an odometer reading of just over 86k undocumented miles. The 4nd generation of Cougar was only made from 1977-1979, as time passes the examples available in this conditioning are getting scarce.
