This car is a true survivor in its 50th year since production, due to the car and attention to detail of its current caretaker, said McGuinn about the 1973 BMW 3.0 CS. McGuinn has said there is not any structural rot, rust , or decay. Areas needing rust repair are in the spare tire well and driver side frame mount. The BMW 3.0 CS is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six engine and driven by a 4-speed manual transmission. This car starts, runs, and drives great thanks to the care and maintenance it has received.
