This particular Pullman was delivered to the Libyan Development Company, reportedly for use by King Idris of Libya, and later spent time in Japan. A refurbishment totaling over $150k was completed in 2014. Work included refinishing the body in black, reupholstering the Bamboo leather interior, renewing the burl wood trim, and overhauling the suspension, brakes, and exhaust system. The cabin is upholstered in Bamboo leather (249) with matching carpets and features burl wood trim, a front Becker Mexico radio, and a hydraulic system that powers the windows, central locks, and adjustment of the front and rear seats. The cabin is divided by a half partition and inward-facing seats that were also reupholstered. Rear cabin equipment includes a speaker system, air conditioning controls, footrests, curtains, and a chilled drink cabinet in the center console. Power is provided by a 6.3-liter M100 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The 6.3-liter M100 V8 features single overhead camshafts and Bosch mechanical fuel injection. Factory-rated output was 300 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted four-speed automatic transmission. The engine and transmission have been refurbished. A stainless steel Timevalve Manufacturing exhaust system has also been installed. The car was used in the filming of the television series The Man in the High Castle.
