1969 Alfa Romeo GTV

This 1969 Alfa Romeo GTV is a rare Euro-spec example and a beautifully restored tribute to one of Italys most iconic sports coupes. Originally finished in Biancospino White over a Skai Nero interior, this GTV was imported into Rexdale, Canada on July 22, 1969, shortly after its production date of April 17, 1969. After years of quiet existence, the car was eventually discovered in a rural Michigan barn tucked away among a sea of unrestored Alfa Romeos by well respected Bradco Restorations in Detroit, MI. In June of 2019, Bradco's Richard Davidson began a full nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration, elevating the car to a concours-level finish while incorporating a few carefully chosen enhancements for drivability and modern comfort. The body was stripped to bare metal and restored with factory-accurate detailing, preserving the character of the original Euro-market design, including its sleek steel bumpers, which are included with the sale. Under the hood, the original twin-cam engine remains, but has been subtly modernized with Jenvey Heritage electronic fuel injection, improving cold starts, throttle response, and overall drivability without sacrificing the distinctive Alfa character. The exhaust system has been upgraded with premium Alfaholics components, and the suspension and braking systems were comprehensively rebuilt to deliver precise, confident road manners. Inside, the cabin has been reimagined with subtle elegance, featuring custom modern flying buttress seats that complement the period-correct materials and finishes.
