Of those 3, 2 were stick shifts and only 1 came optioned with the 727 TorqueFlite Automatic. That would be this car. This outstanding Mopar retains its original sheet metal and original black interior. The near-flawless white exterior contrasts perfectly with the black top and black bucket seat interior. The history of the Hemi Car is documented by a Wise Vehicle Inspection Report and has been featured in several magazines and was at the 2016 Chrysler's at Carlisle Invitational Event. The Coronet R/T was available as a two-door hardtop or convertible. The standard engine was Chrysler's largest, the 440-cid V-8, it was tweaked to 375 bhp and christened the Magnum. The only engine option was the 426-cid Hemi, now in its second year in Street trim and again rated at 425 bhp. It added $908. Transmission choices were Mopar's excellent heavy-duty three-speed TorqueFlite automatic or a four-speed manual.
