Surprisingly, all the options are in working order; including the power seats, all of the power windows, radio, gauges, and cold AC. This big Caddy wafts down the road, just like the standard of American luxury should. The big 428 V8 provides effortless power and the 3 speed auto shifts effortlessly. The car drives like a well kept Sunday car with no major issues and a hint of original patina throughout. The interior is free of rips and tears and the fold-out rear seat trays and foot rest ensure whoever is being chauffeured gets the luxury treatment they deserve. Big American luxury sedans of the 60s are often overlooked for their coupe and convertible contemporaries. its a shame. A quick drive in this 66 Fleetwood reminds you that sometimes its better to sit in back and enjoy the pampering you deserve. A Fleetwood Brougham was high quality, high dollar indulgence in 1966.
