Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to present this Patina 1948 Dodge Custom Sedan. This old Dodge is a long-time survivor thats been left mostly untouched for 70+ years. The age is revealed through the faded burgundy pain with choice surface rust preserved via a nice coat of clear. The chrome is in solid condition with a decent shine and not much pitting. The chrome hub caps are accented by wide white walled tires and the interior brings it all home with a faded but serviceable, brown mouse fur interior. The dash is finished in burgundy with working gauges and a cool art deco vibe throughout. Power is provided by a 230 CI I6 engine, paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. This combination offers a retro driving experience thanks to the column mounted shifter and no power steering. Speaking of lack of convenience, all thats provided for comfort is roll-up windows and a soft bench seat. The brakes are manual, and when it comes to features, the word of the day is ANOLOGUE! In conclusion, the 1948 Dodge Custom is a vintage ride with a unique style. The clear coated patina paint captures the seasoned wear of the big sedan with a whimsical nod to the hobby of old car motoring. Come take this Tennessee Whisky runner on its next adventure!
