I was so upset to total my second camry. I also had a terrible experience at a different dealer. But my husband had been working with Karissa and she told us to come on by. It was after her day was over, but she stayed to greet us AT THE DOOR no less and had a hybrid for me to test drive and was already looking at 2025 Camrys she could try to get for me. She found ONE with everything I wanted headed somewhere else and she and her manager got it for me! We are in the middle of Tornado cleanup here in Temple Texas. To add insult to injury my vehicle decided to die. I had spoken to Andy Baulac a few weeks previously.Andy understood the challenges I was up against and brought the vehicle I was interested in to my home for a test drive. He then took me to my mechanic to pick up my vehicle. I came back that afternoon to purchase the vehicle. This is my second purchase with Don Ringler. The experience just keeps getting better!!!
