My son and I came to look at a dodge truck on April 30th, - Wayde W
My son and I came to look at a dodge truck on April 30th, we test drove it and noticed a bad ticking noise, we thought it was the exhaust manifold leaking and they agreed. They told us they would have it fixed by the next day and we could drive back up to get it, (we came up from Lawton). We agreed on a price and bought it that day, and came back to pick it up the next day, and on our way back home, I had noticed that a temporary dealer tag was not put on the truck, so we had to turn around and drive back up to get one. When we finally got home, I opened up the jack compartment, and I noticed that it along with the hardware was missing. I then called our salesman George, and told him about the missing jack, he spoke to someone (I'm not sure if it was a supervisor or not), they told him to find one for us, George then told me he would order one and we could come and get it, I expressed my frustrations with having to drive all the way back to Yukon from Lawton, and he told me that he understood and that he would fill the truck with gas as well as detail it because it wasn't when we bought it, which I was fine with. It is now May 26th, and I've contacted the dealership at least twice a week, since May 1st and haven't heard anything from them. This last week I finally tried to call and reach the general manager Joesph Snelling ( I found his name from another review of Joe Cooper) and I was told by a man named Oscar that Snelling was in a meeting, after explaining to him what had happened, I left a message asking for Snelling to contact me but I have yet to receive a call back, Oscar reassured me that everything would be handled. In addition, in the weeks since I purchased the truck, my son brought it to my attention that the door key was missing from the fob, we were guaranteed by George that everything would be taken care of, and that hasn't been the case in the slightest. I've never had such a negative experience with a dealership like this before. I believe that a person's word, especially with circumstances like this, is very important, and should mean something. I guess Joe Cooper doesn't feel the same
