I purchased a 2019 Ram. 4 year's old with almost 59,000 Miles on it. People were friendly, Price good, vehicle good. The only bone I have to pick with them is when I signed the paperwork the first time they told me my extended warranty was good for seven years from the date of purchase or 150,000 total miles. Two weeks later I had to go in and sign them again they told me seven years from manufacturer's date which means only 3years left or 150,000 miles (91,000). I said no so they changed to 5 years from purchase date 36,000 miles from purchase date. I didn't like it but it was better. I felt like I was lied to.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Scheduled my appointment for 1:00 pm on Monday and didn’t get to my car until 8:00 am on Thursday then lied to my wife and told her the appointment was always 8:00 am Thursday yet they sent me an email stating it was 1:00 pm Monday. I will NEVER set foot on their lot again and will never buy a car from them again and I will make sure everyone I know ever buys a car from them. Biggest liars I’ve ever met in my life. Arrogant and condescending toward their customers They wouldn’t even furnish a loaner car or try to get Hyundai to pay for me a rental. They told me that I should get rent one on my own, my car was in their shop for a warrant repair, why would I pay for a rental!
