I bought my first new Honda here. I tried several dealers trying to fleece me and markup MSRP. One call, and they assured me no markups and asked if I was I willing to buy a small package of things, I wanted anyway as a compromise. They ordered the car in the color and trim I wanted from factory, which other dealers said they could not do. Car arrived 4 months later with 5 miles off the truck. Red carpet pickup experience to boot! Would definitley buy another Honda here.

I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV EXL from Nalley Honda in Union City because of the excellence I experienced in the Sales Dept with Maliik Tooley. I would highly recommend Mr. Tooley for sales. I experienced an issue with my tires and went to the Service Dept at Nalley Honda. They worked me right in and I was assigned an Internal Service Advisor, Errick Wheeler, who did an excellent job taking care of my issue. He immediately worked me in, diagnosed the problem as a nail in my tire as the reason it was losing air and took my car to the service area for the repair. It took about 30 minutes and he made sure not only my tire was repaired but that a Multi-point Honda Express Inspection was completed. With the excellent care I got, directed by Mr. Wheeler, he will be my “go-to” person for service in the future! Thanks for the excellent care! Nanette Manning

Had been a customer of Hennessy Honda for 5 years but have had awful experiences recently. A few weeks ago I scheduled a test drive. I arrived and received awful customer service, sitting for 30 minutes without being seen. It seems odd that a loyal customer who is willing to purchase a new vehicle is such a low priority. I also recently had a van door fixed by the service department. After being charged $3,000, the door was still not working properly so it was brought back in. I was told the latch was not working and we would have to pay more. They are either ignorant and unqualified or deceptive and dishonest, both of which are reason enough to avoid using Hennessy. They routinely suggest repairs that are not necessary and customer service has declined consistently over the past few years.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I initially reached out to this dealership on Monday, December 19 inquiring on a pre-owned 2020 Range Rover Sport that was listed for sale on their website. The representative continued to forward me to the sales department for over 10 minutes and no one picked up the phone. On Wednesday, December 21 I reached out again. I then was able to speak with Zach. I had questions regarding availability, pricing, and trade-in appraisal. Due to me being out of town for the holidays, I requested that a virtual appraisal be made on my vehicle. I sent the sales rep, Zach, all the information he requested such as pictures, vin, etc. I never heard back. Yesterday, December 26 I reached out via phone and spoke with Melissa. She stated that the vehicle was still available, and I could make an appointment to come in, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. She advised me that she would have the keys pulled and vehicle ready. So, I made an appointment for today. After confirming my appointment, she sent a text message to “ask for Zach when you arrive”. Today after securing financing through my credit union, I traveled over an hour to the dealership to find out that not only was Zach off today but also the General Manager was driving the vehicle and he wasn’t there. At this point, I have wasted so much time, so I decided to leave. It is evident that these people are not wanting to do business. I have been in Sales & Business Development for over 15 years, so I expect certain things when doing business, like communication. It is surprising but I assume business is doing very well, despite high-interest rates and a horrible market. I have chosen to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

I had to drive 224 miles to buy the Honda Ridgeline truck at the right price with the right features and the low milage to Albany Honda, but it was worthwhile, the sales experience was great. The entire staff was outstanding, low key, no pressure, no rush, they took the time out to explain and demonstrate all the complex features of the truck. If you are in the market for a Honda car or truck, I can highly recommend this Honda dealership, particularly Deldric Sams and Meloney Harrod, they are great to work with and went out of there way to make purchasing my truck a pleasant experience.
