Everyone was very nice and coffe and waiting room were well kept. I do think people would do more work at service departments if prices were better. Quoted $250 for manual transmission fluid changes is too much. Takes less time than $99 oil change and less parts.

Amazing BMW dealership! I buy all my cars from BMW of Monrovia. The staff is fantastic. I special ordered a X5 45e from Joseph Mourad & Tomas Cervantes and I couldn't be happier. Florence Linares in the bdc kept in contact with me during the entire time the car arrived and all the way to delivery. They were all on top of it during the entire process letting me know when the car was built, shipped, arrived to port and then when it was being unloaded from the truck. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I won't buy from anyone else.

It was an okay place good people but not very good service, one of them forgot where they put my car key and I was waiting for 2 hours because of a dumb mistake. Gave me a car wash and my car has 2 new scratches. To sum it up it’s a good dealer just don’t wash ur car lmao
