I’ve been coming to Acura of Columbus for several years. They have always been professional & accommodating to my needs! The text feature is absolutely genius! They have communicated w/ me even past operating hours! The after hours pickup feature is absolutely genius, as well! So convenient & safe by having the keys locked & each customer having their own code! The pickup/drop off with Lyft is so amazing! Acura treats it’s guests as they would like to be treated! They have squeezed me in, when needed…like if I was going out of town & needed my vehicle serviced. This is the 2nd Acura I’ve owned & I have permanently become an Acura buyer, partially bc of the service experience I’ve had! They set the standards for ANY dealership ..not just Acura dealerships! Anyway…to sum it up…Acura of Columbus & its service team are incredible!! -Schel More

I brought my RDX to check on the blind spot being turned off - it was a Monday and they were super busy but still so polite and did not charge me for turning it on which made my day . Thank you. Worst customer service, which is shocking because this is Acura and not a Hyundai dealership. Most rude and unfriendly people I have seen at a car dealership.
