When I purchased my truck, the brakes were dragging a - Zinga
When I purchased my truck, the brakes were dragging a little bit. On my way home the brakes got progressively worse. By the time I got home, they were dragging even without hitting the brakes. I went back the next day to see if they could help me out. My salesman intercepted me at the door. I explained my issue, and he said he would get it resolved. He came back and said I was on my own due to it being an older vehicle. I went home and thought about it, and decided I needed to talk to a manager. The next day I went in and was again intercepted by my salesman. He apologized for not being able to help me out. I asked for the manager, but he wasn't there. I spoke with a different manager who couldn't help me directly, but promised to give my info to the general manager. As promised, the general manager contacted me the next day. They had me drop it off, and replaced the brakes all around. They even fixed my wheel bearings while they were in there all free of charge. I understand I purchased the vehicle as is, and they could have made me eat the cost. I greatly appreciate what they did for me and they have certainly earned my business going forward
