Crooked Service Department, was told I needed resonator for a rattle I had! They ordered and put a muffler in at a cost of over $900.00! The rattle was still there, so I took it back and all I needed was a couple screws to keep the part up underneath the Car! I WON’T BE COMING BACK! I WANT A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER!!

*Go to Mazda at Sports Durst in Durham instead* This review is only for the service department. I called them to set up an appointment to get an issue with my car diagnosed. The lady that answers the phone in this department needs an education on customer service. At one point during the conversation she said that I'll need to "drop the vehicle off and leave it with us". So I asked her to clarify how long it will take for them to look at it. She answered my question by repeating "you need to drop the vehicle off and leave it with us" in a slower tone. I understand the English language - that is not what I asked to be clarified. She had a very entitled tone to her voice that made it seem like she couldn't care less about whether you were a customer or not. On top of all of this she said that it would cost $150 for a diagnostic check and that cost would NOT go towards the cost to fix the problem. So I called Mazda at Sport Durst (in Durham) instead. They had FAR better customer service and said that the cost to diagnose WOULD go towards the cost of fixing the problem. So I would recommend everyone use them over the Cary location - even if it is a farther drive.

Not only have I received excellent service for both my vehicle's, I have always been greeted by everyone with courtesy and appreciation for my business up to and including Mr. John Lee who made it a point to personally speak to me thanking me for my business and offering his personal help.
