This is the best no pressure group I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Had no intention of getting a new truck. Had to have service done on my 2020 and it was the best run service department, the communication with the service writer was excellent. They say service is what sells, this is a 100% correct, the whole team at Courtesy is wonderful. Customer for life!!!!

very busy but was able to work me in for an oil change & tire rotation. was told I need a new car battery, but price seems a little high for installation of battery, when other places do not charge extra for putting in the battery.

I have been doing business with this dealer for years. They have always been friendly and went far beyond to accommodate me and the needs of my family. Integrity is a good word for this dealer and their staff. They have also furnished a vehicle for me to run my sales route while repair work was being done. I know this is probably normal, but for over a week this was very comforting to me and weighs heavily when another car purchase is considered.

Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
