At first they immediately assumed I had an electrical issue due to rats and they hadn't even seen the vehical. At the end they didn't correct the issue and couldn't find the exact reasoning for it but just a patch

He also helped schedule a future repair for a recall event on my vehicle. Wilson has provided this level of service time and time again over the years. He and the Kelly service team could not have done a better job!

When my 2020 Explorer was taken in for recall service, we were given a 2024 Timberline loaner. The Service Department called and advised that they would not be able to get my car finished because of the Memorial Day Weekend being very busy. I told them that was not a problem because I liked the 2024 Explorer Timber Line very much so Tuesday would be fine to come pick it up. Within a couple hours Greg Steinburg called me and after a brief conversation, he set an appointment for us. Mr. Steinberg made the purchase of our new 2024 such an easy process. When we arrived, Greg was completely prepared with an offer. Although it didn't quite meet my expectations, Greg quickly went to bat for us and came back with a great offer which we accepted. In all my years of buying vehicles I have Never had a salesman get in the Vehicle and go over ever option so that we knew had to work them and with all the electronics now day it would have taken me forever to learn them. The dealership is well stocked with inventory and sales staff and always so Clean. Its always been a Pleasure to go in even for Service. In addition, we celebrated our new car with lunch at the Ford Cafe! THANKS Greg and Bozard Ford

Clean, quick, prompt and polite. Very impressive. All problems fixed. Would have gladly given 5 stars except for the many calls and emails. It's clear they are a dealer and sell cars but before this visit I got 2 and once 3 email "value" offers per month. After I made this appointment I got multiple phone calls. One called to initially confirm my appointment but had wrong info. Seemed to be a bogus call especially since I had called earlier to confirm parts arrival. Another called me twice....with the second call coming after my pointed request to stop. None of the calls were from Service who are a pleasure to work with. Oh....my VW is new enough to still be under warrantee. Funny thing -- no one's ever asked how I like the car. Again -- great dealership. Prompt, polite, excellent service. Just lighten up on the calls and emails that quickly go from "How did we do?" to a sales pitch. Note - Phone callers not listed below in the "People you worked with."

I bought my car here in 2017. I only go here for my services rather it's at quick lube or main garage. Which it just got out of for a fuel puger that was sticking. Steve Heinking is very friendly professional & knows his stuff. I love this dealer & will go nowhere else.

Spoke with Albert in the Service Dept. when my truck's check engine light came on because it was sputtering when accelerating. Turned out to be 2 cracked spark plugs (recently replaced all plugs and wires by another shop) which they were able to knock out and return my truck to me the same day.
