I couldn’t stay to complete everything that morning so I scheduled an additional appointment to get the additional maintenance completed for the following week. I was there to look at a few cars over the weekend. The salesperson Raul was very rude. Sales mgr Oliver seemed nice at first, but after we went back the next day, they made an agreement and had us sign an agreement before getting approval, then backs out of the deal. Never again will I come to this dealership. The people working at this dealership is rude and nasty. You are better off buying a car elsewhere where they work with you, and are pleasant, and don’t treat you like they own you or talk down to you. More
