Probably the worst experience I've had with a service dept. I had an appointment at 9am and sat in my car in the service line for 40 min before any service assoc. acknowledged me. They had no idea what dept. I had an appointment at 9am and sat in my car in the service line for 40 min before any service assoc. acknowledged me. They had no idea what kind of coverage my car had (I bought it at this dealership) and they told me it would be another two hours just to look at the nail in my tire. They also have no loaners available unless you book six weeks out. I've had BMW's and Lesus' all with the best service the entire time I owned the car. If you want a Mercedes (and I do love the car), maybe try a different dealership. More

Since 82 percent of owners of Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW are conservative it would be nice to be able to watch the news while we wait for our Mercedes to be serviced. More
I recently completed the service survey following work done on my 2014 E350. I think I misinterpreted the survey. I want to commend my Service Representative David for the excellent customer service he done on my 2014 E350. I think I misinterpreted the survey. I want to commend my Service Representative David for the excellent customer service he provided. David kept me updated with the maintenance being done on the car all along the way. He is an excellent employee and an asset to Mercedes of Grapevine. My only beef had to do with the service costs but certainly not the service provided by David. More
I have always said that mistakes will happen, but the key is how you handle them! Yes, there was an issue but this dealership stepped up to the plate, and made it right. I had sat in the service department for about an hour and didn't even get what I needed done, and yes I had an appointment. I just needed to get a replacement key. The service manager called me personally and kept following up to make sure the situation was rectified. These guys, came to my house, so no more of my time was wasted, and then didn't charge me for the replacement key. I was so upset, at the time, that I had told my husband I wasn't going to buy another Mercedes. Well, this situation changed my mind completely!! Thanks to everyone over there who helped to get me my key! More

I purchased a new Mercedes with a sticker of just under 200k . I scheduled to go in for first service last week. I sat in their driveway waiting in a massive line for 45 minutes and then was told to leave 200k . I scheduled to go in for first service last week. I sat in their driveway waiting in a massive line for 45 minutes and then was told to leave and come back late in day be cause they now no longer had a loaner car. So very frustrated I left and came back and again sat outside waiting in line for quite a long time before they got me. Then they told me first service was almost $500.00. I asked what they did for this and answer was check this this and that and change oil and filter. so it is 500 bucks to change oil and filter after spending 5 hours back and forth, a good chunk just sitting there. I requested the manager call me last Friday and still no call. I had a horrible experience purchasing as well. The salesman there wouldn't allow a test drive unless a sales price agreement was committed to. As a repeat Mercedes client I can honestly say Avondale is not like the previous Mercedes Benz dealership, Park Place, who had tremendous service and treated you with respect when you purchased and serviced there. More
