Service Experience - I had my Titan repaired twice at the dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, t dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, they left tools and hardware in the back seat, they did not attach the passenger seat belt correctly, and were unable or did not correctly fix the frame damage. When I expressed concerns to the manager they scoffed and said it wasn't a big deal. They really made it seem like I was just inconveniencing them. Sales Experience - I bought my Titan from the same dealership as above. I walked in and was greeted by Rosa. I told her I wanted to buy a Titan. She walked me around the building in circles for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to "help" me. However, once she found out that I had secured my own financing she quickly told me she would take care of me. Why the xxxx would you walk me around in circles trying to pawn me off on someone if you can do the work yourself. More
I recently went to Jim Click Nissan to get my car serviced. I was greeted my Miguel and asked me what needed to be done.. I told him I needed to get a oil change and filter change..He took care of me serviced. I was greeted my Miguel and asked me what needed to be done.. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as I requested. He is truly as asset to your company and need more kind people such as him. The entire staff here is so pleasant to work with. I was able to lease a Sentra back in 2020 with the rep Venessa Payne and she made each step easy and stress-free. I came back this year 2023 and was able to switch to a beautiful Altima 2023 and lease for another 3 years. Venessa was so on top of every question and possible option best for my family. I am one to contact different dealerships, too. Before making my final decision. Venessa and her team made it a no brainer. This is my second vehicle with Jim Clic. In addition, the auto service team will also thoroughly service your car during the 3 year lease. They communicate on the service needed and are professionals all the way through. Dropped my car off yesterday to get repaired. I was texted a number so I can stay in contact. I texted this morning - no answer all day. I tried to call that number- not a good number. I cannot get any one to pick up the phone. Does anyone work there and does anyone care about their customers. I am pretty pissed off with no communication, now Friday is almost over, and I will be without my car, hopefully Monday I might get an answer. This is ridiculous. I can go on about my anger towards this dealership but maybe they need to work on customer service and answer a phone, I am sure they have them in many locations in the business. Maybe they don't know how to say hi how can I help you. More

Then she professionally, courteously, and very honestly assisted my wife and I purchase the vehicle at fair and reasonable price. This afternoon I walked into Jim Click Ford on 22nd and Wilmot. I had been shopping around for the right truck for my wife, (she loves trucks) since at the end of this month we will be celebrating our 2nd Wilmot. Like I just said I went there to look at the inventory. When I came in I was introduced to Mr. Robert Mooney. This gentleman was what any sales department of any dealership would love to have in their team. Mr. Mooney guided me through the parking lot and showed me a few truck options. He was very detail in his explanations and super informative, very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to go the extra mile in order to assist me make a wise and smart purchase decision. He was a true professional. I can honestly say that what really made me take the decision of purchasing this truck was yes the quality of the Ford Ranger but most important the way Mr. Mooney treated me he really made me feel comfortable, I felt relaxed and really not pressure at any time. I can truly say that I have been in many other dealerships, I have purchased serval cars in the last 20 to 25 year and I have never felt more relax and in free to express myself. All these is because the great job Mr. Mooney did to assist me in making my final decision. This has been the best car purchasing experience I have had in the past 30 to 40 year.
