We purchased a new Chevy 3500 from them in 2/20. It has been in the shop since 2/24. Today is 3/28. They don’t communicate delays or make their commitments for reply. I need my truck for work. This is costing me my livelihood and they can’t be bothered to give an update on progress or an eta. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to diagnose and replace a steering part. Liars, frauds, don’t buy a car or truck here. They do not stand by their product and their service is by far the worst I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Very disappointing. More

I have purchased a car from this dealership and used their service department several times. The purchase process was a bit of a hassle. Looking back, I should have walked away then. The service department initially was good, with good service reps. Now, however, the current crop of service reps is cold and unhelpful. I purchased the Auto Butler service with the vehicle, and it used to be easy to schedule appointments and rent a car from them while your car was being worked on. The car would look beautiful when I picked it up. However, the last two times, they applied the coating without properly washing the vehicle first, sealing visible dirt in!!! And now it literally takes months to get an appointment (they are blaming it on Covid), you cannot get a rental, and their shuttle only goes 10 miles. They say they cannot take you all the way home, but they can take you to BART. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service rep he would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes for Lyft, but the manager never came. I will be demanding the remainder of the Auto Butler contract be cancelled and I receive a refund for the balance. I will not be doing any further business with Dublin Chevrolet. More

Had the truck I wanted.. They had the truck I had been looking for. I think I got a fair price. So far it's the after care that really lacks. Salesman said he would get me a t-shirt they were selling, but that was just lip service. Didn't really want the 10yr warranty but they talked me into it. Now 3 wks later I find out that it's not thru GM but some cut rank bank that has their hands in lots of things. I have been trying to get some parts ordered and put on for over 3wks now. Plus they told me I could buy the parts at cost but so far they don't seem at cost to me...will look into it further. Salesman has been dragging his feet on the order and I have to look up the part # which hasn't been easy. I told him I wanted a toneau cover but still hasn't offered any advice on which one to get for a truck with a roll bar. Once again, seems like the salesman says everything to get the sale, then forgets about you. More
