Cancelled my valet service the day of the appointment but did not call to notify me. I scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance. I was offered a rescheduled valet appointment in October. The Genesis service side is pretty weak. .. it takes months to schedule critical maintenance (ie. recalls), impossible to get a loaner car. When I compare the service side of Genesis to other luxury car dealers (Lexus, Mercedes), Genesis is by far the worst. Love the car, but would not recommend a Genesis to someone in Cincinnati given Columbia is the only dealer in town. Also, in their inspection they did not find that one of the wiper blades is broken (my bad as I forgot to mention it -- but they should have seen this.... Net, you all have a lot of work to do to get up to "average" service levels. More

I had an engine light come on for a bad fuel injection system. I had to leave town and the service department made sure I had it ready when I returned.
