I had my own financing secured before I arrived to the dealership and was told I couldn't use it. Even though it was through the Cen FL CJDR website and there was a hard inquiry on my credit. My credit wa dealership and was told I couldn't use it. Even though it was through the Cen FL CJDR website and there was a hard inquiry on my credit. My credit was hit numerous times after arrival and my offer was 3% higher than the original. My sales paperwork also states I am paying $3000 more than I agreed to. I have tried to get ahold of the sales guy Kristopher Roberts 3 times to get an answer to that question and two others, one being a warranty question! I have yet to hear back from him (almost a month later). Who do I need to get ahold of since my rep isn't getting back to me? More

Took his time to show me cars I had seen online and wanted to compare. He demonstrated cool new features I didn’t know about. The whole time there was no pressure, I didn’t feel forced to do anything he really just cared about making it a great purchasing experience for me and when the time came to make the deal he went to bat for me to make sure I got a comfortable payment with all warranties included (bought a used jeep out of warranty). Got me exactly what I wanted for my trade, I didn’t have to fight. Scott did all the back and forth with the used car manager so I wouldn’t have to. Can’t thank Scott enough! I’ve bought and traded many cars in the last 10 years and never got such a pleasure experience. Thanks again Scott, you’ll be seeing my family for their car needs! More

Because I walked into the showroom to buy a specific vehicle that they advertised online. They show me the vehicle was no longer available. So I proceeded to walk out the door....... They ask me to s vehicle that they advertised online. They show me the vehicle was no longer available. So I proceeded to walk out the door....... They ask me to stay and see what else they had..... I stayed look at some vehicles and found a small pickup truck that I really did not want but I said okay. I'll buy it... Within one day the truck Started having mechanical and electrical problems. They said bring it in. We will fix it. I brought it in after one day there technicians could not fix it. I ask them to refund all my money and Taxes. They said sorry, we can only give you a credit on another vehicle. So illegally, they were holding me and my money hostage, which is against the law. They persuaded me to buy a vehicle. I did not want. After the vehicle, add problems and I had to suffer figuring out what to do. They found a vehicle that was not a vehicle. I was looking for but rather than sit there and argue with the manager and get nowhere. Which, by the way, I did for 6 hours. They found me a truck which I did not want. But I decided I better take it. Cause we are getting nowhere. Now I drive a vehicle that sucks the gas down, because of the size of the engine, It now costs me around $75 every 2 days to fill the truck up compared to my vehicle that I traded in with them. That cost me $35.00 every four days. And that is because it only averages 13 to 14.2 miles per gallon. On it's best day.......... So now that the dealership. Coerced me into buying a vehicle that I didn't want, I have no choice but to go to the Attorney General's office. and The Better Business Bureau. More

I wish there were an option for zero stars. I will never do business here again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This “business” is terrible. I have had the worst experience ima I will never do business here again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This “business” is terrible. I have had the worst experience imaginable with purchasing a new vehicle from them. I have purchased many in my lifetime and this certainly takes the cake of the most difficult and terrible experiences ever. For starters, I purchased new in January… I’ve only had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe for a total of about 2-2.5 months because of the issues presented. Not 2 days after purchasing, the check engine light came on. I took it in for servicing, they had it for over 2 weeks before deciding to find a twin in South Florida and doing a substitution of collateral. The new vehicle they put me in had already started with problems when they went to pick it up. It needed an entire hybrid battery replacement. About a month had passed and more issues were slowly presenting. Before I get into that, let me point out that the dealership completely failed to properly swap the paperwork from the first dud to the second. They sent me a SECOND license plate (different tag number) for the same vehicle through the mail and made the DMV think I had 2 vehicles. They put an order of suspension on my driver’s license and I had to spend an entire day at the DMV to get that fixed. I legitimately asked if everything was okay regarding the swap the day I completed it. I had stopped insurance on the vehicle I no longer had and swapped it over to the new one they put me in. They assured me everything was fine. Well, it wasn’t— I got that second license plate in the mail and had an order of suspension placed on me several weeks later. I reached out to Carlos about this entire headache and he has never gotten back to me about reimbursing the charges it took to pay out of pocket for the DMV to fix this. I don’t care how much or how little it took, I am not responsible for this complete failure. I still don’t have a copy of proof that I no longer have the original vehicle they put me in either (I wouldn’t need one if they hadn’t duplicated vehicle reporting to the DMV). This dealership does not care about their customers. I financed this vehicle for $80k and they just don’t care about anything but themselves. I wish I would have purchased elsewhere because this place was careless with my livelihood. Buying a new vehicle and having an order of suspension is NOT ideal because of the lack of communication, diligence and customer care. Back to the issues in the replacement Jeep. The screen started to black out randomly and would delete CarPlay on its own. The adaptive headlights also started to randomly point straight down… The steering rack and wheel hub/bearings were broken… They had my vehicle for over a month because they didn’t have any parts to fix it available. I just got it back. The service advisor Jeannie was terrible. She kept letting the rental vehicle lapse. She never called to update me once. NOT ONCE IN A WHOLE MONTH. I had to call and get the updates. I picked up the vehicle from service on a Sunday, the day I told her I could do it. She never finished the invoice. Another advisor took my email and rental agreement number and said he would have her close it out. Well, I get a phone call from her the day after picking it up stating that I STILL needed to pick up my vehicle and the rental they had for me was still open (by the sounds of it). I would never have purchased from this terribly managed business if I knew this would be an ongoing problem with not one, but TWO brand new vehicles. It’s an ongoing issue that has seriously been a nightmare since basically the day I signed. Be warned… if you’re lucky enough to not have had any issues with them, then that’s great and I envy your experience. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even give them the time of day if you’re thinking of of buying from them. This has seriously been a nightmare and they should do more to remedy this experience. More
