Pleased to meet you, my name is Penny. Just like the coin! Car sales is a second career for me. In my "former life" trained 9-1-1 dispatchers for many local Police Departments. You wouldn't think there would be many transferable skills, however I have found my experience in Emergency Services to be quite valuable. Buying a car is not a process most people enjoy or do often. This is where my skills prove to be invaluable. Whether is it challenges with credit, or you simply are fearful of being taken advantage of... It is my goal to make your vehicle purchase... dare I say enjoyable! I will move at a pace where you can feel comfortable and I will ruin you for any other salesman... fair warning! Sitting at my desk should feel like home and I will treat you like family. Less than perfect credit, no problem. Not sure what you really want, let's figure it out together. Penny worked her butt off to make sure I was completely happy and kept the process moving. It was honestly the best and easiest time I've had at a dealership.
