From the moment Mike Lascola reached out I knew I was going to be treated like family. I built the truck of my dreams online and Mike found the exact truck I wanted, had it shipped in the next day. I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for it to be built and I was immediately on the road. Mike is personable and I never felt pressured or like I was being urged to do something I wasn't comfortable with. Everyone at Ken Ganley Ford Parma was accommodating and friendly. John Ruper, the new car manager, worked directly with another Ken Ganely to trade for my new truck. He set up the install of the spray in bed liner I wanted as well as the ceramic paint protection. And the Day ended sitting in front of the Finance and Warranty PROFESSIONAL, Nick Feruito. He thoroughly explained my options, he knew how to build the warranty package that I could see the value in and get the best use out of. I'm a calculated guy when It comes to spending my money. Good thing Nick had a direct and specific answer for each of my questions about financing, warranty coverage and recommendations. Ken Ganely Ford Parma is an A1 team. Mike delivered my new truck to me, himself, while I was at work, since i was too imparient to wait another day 😅. I couldn't be happier with my truck and from this day forward I will always purchase from Ken Ganley Ford West. More

Mike L. in sales is great! We were returning customers, and he remembered us from last time, already had cars in mind that would fit our preferences, and mad in sales is great! We spent about an hour discussing a couple of different options, settled on one, and got right to paperwork. Everyone else we worked with was excellent as well, as we've come to expect! Even my 5-year-old had a great experience, and car buying is not typically what kids do for fun. We already have plans to return when our older car needs to be replaced. More
