Was upset after receiving my auto back that it made a noise while driving it. I just ok it back to find out it needed a front end alignment because the tires were “feathered”… why would you even rotate t noise while driving it. I just ok it back to find out it needed a front end alignment because the tires were “feathered”… why would you even rotate them if that was the case? I took it to an actual tire place and they said it looks like you didn’t even rotate them correctly. The car drove fine before it was brought to you for an oil change and tire rotation. Also aske passenger rear tire be checked for leaks as I would occasionally get notification that it was low. Was told tire looked fine however still having to add air after receiving notifications still More

We asked them about a couple of options I might or could do with the situation I was in. They worked with me and the amount I told them I could pay as a payment. I took my vehicle in because it was in limp mode. The service advisor told me two fuel injectors were bad and needed to be replaced the parts were 3 days out on order so they should have the vehicle The service advisor told me two fuel injectors were bad and needed to be replaced the parts were 3 days out on order so they should have the vehicle ready within a week. After 3 weeks they called me to let me know my vehicle was fixed and I could come pick it up. I got less than an eighth of a mile down the road and it went back into limp mode. I returned to the dealership to be told there was a miscommunication and they needed to send the vehicle to another dealership to be reprogrammed. That was 6 days ago and I still have not heard anything. They've had my vehicle for almost 1 month now for a job that was supposed to have taken less than 1 week. More
