not once, but twice, I've driven 45 minutes to get to - Colin Leipelt
not once, but twice, I've driven 45 minutes to get to this dealership, only to find out the car I went to see was misrepresented on the website. the first one was a used 2015 or 2016 outback that had twice as many miles in real life as the website said it had (120k instead of 60k. also it was filthy and in a back lot and was not ready for sale despite being on the website). the second one was a 22 outback wilderness. I called and made sure it was there before I drove up this time. I get there, and the salesman tells me they've been having electrical problems with it and the battery is dead, and that they've had to jump it several times already. I mean, FFS. so he gets a jumper pack and starts the car, then the first salesman I talked to calls him on his cell while I'm standing there and xxxxxxx him out for "stealing his customer", then walks outside and proceeds to lie straight to my face about how they had no idea the battery was dead. I'd personally suggest going somewhere else. no idea how this dealership has good ratings.
