I am writing you today to compliment the service my wife and I received from your sales staff at Manhattan Maserati. Specifically, your Sales Manager Frank Monica and Sales Associate Jose Delacruz who made our experience when purchasing our 2018 Maserati Quattroporte a positive one, which exceeded our expectations. You see my wife was looking for a pre-owned Quattroporte for some time and we actually look at one in Connecticut and while they were happy to show the vehicle and polite, the feeling I got from them when I wanted to move forward and purchase the vehicle was as if “I did not fit their preferred customer model” because I wanted to trade in my wife Lincoln and finance the rest of the purchase. It was a total turn off.
Both Jose and Frank were very welcoming and treated us like valued customers, even before we were actual customers and made the drive down from Southington Connecticut very worthwhile. On 26 November 2022 we showed up to meet with Jose and see the car, and my wife fell in love with it. While Jose was working to get the car down from the 3rd floor so we could drive it, Frank met with us to get our thought and expectations with regards to making the purchase. We drove and it confirmed what we already knew, this is the car my wife wanted and the finance process began. While we were waiting for the finance approvals and paper work to be generated, Jose gave my granddaughter and I a tour of your facility and allowed us to view some of your more exotic vehicle, which really made my granddaughter feel special. In addition to this Jose gave us a ride to pick up dinner and bring it back to dealership which was greatly appreciated.
In the end, they were true to their word we were able to take the 2018 Maserati home the same day. During the whole experience they always treated us with great respect and genuine appreciation for our business, and not once making us feel substandard for purchasing a pre-owned vehicle or financing it.
While the purchasing process was flawless, I would also like to point out that the vehicle was missing an owner’s manual and the second key-fob and there were some scratches that needed to be taken care of. Frank, Jose and your service and parts team came through with flying colors and everything was addressed and taken care of as promised. I know when purchasing a pre-owned vehicles there are bound to be some flaws, and the manner in which these flaws are addressed is of the utmost importance to me and your team gets an A+ in my book. Through their efforts and result I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to come back when the time comes in the future.
I am not sure if your organizations perform annual performance reviews or not, but if you do, I would appreciate it if you would place this letter in their HR file as they hold true to everything you promote in your “Welcome to Dennis & Co.” YouTube video when it comes to Customer Service and they are an example for others to follow.
