I had been waiting patiently for this model to arrive at the dealers and I know there was an amazing amount of interest in this vehicle and being in short supply I didn't think I had a shot at getting the vehicle.
So that brings me to my initial sales person. NADI (NADIUSKA RODRIGUEZ)
She immediately dispelled all of the negative ratings I had read on this dealership. She was pleasant and very attentive. She listened to what I had to say and what vehicle I was looking for. She was very transparent and let me know that the vehicle I wanted was in transit and would not be available for 6-8 weeks. She pointed out that the dealership had TX 350 models available immediately but was not pushy but was more informative, which was quite pleasant. I have walked out on multiple dealerships for just that type of pushy salesmanship.
Once she knew what vehicle I wanted she QUICKLY pulled her manager, we negotiated and within 10 minutes I had a deposit down. So now began the waiting period of 6-8 weeks, which I honestly thought would take longer. Nadi had told me that she would check on the vehicle and call me with any new information. She called me at least 3 times and answered multiple questions I had. I was extremely impressed that she was taking the time and effort on us and was quickly responsive to all questions
In fact It became a pleasure just hearing from her that is how well her customer interaction was That being said the last call I received from her was to tell me the vehicle had arrived and she would prepare everything and get it ready for when I came in. She was great and I would go to her again for a vehicle. Note that after I received the vehicle she has called a few times to just see how was the vehicle and was there anything she could help with. She has been fantastic
Okay so the day I came to pick the car up Nadi was not there and I dealt with JUAN RIOS and I found that he was as pleasant and helpful as Nadi was. So he was great in making sure we understood everything about the vehicle. Considering how new the vehicle was I was impressed that he was so well prepared on the vehicle. His demeanor was wonderful and as with Nadi I don't know the last time my wife and I walked into a dealership and wanted to talk to a sales person. There was no hard sell of packages warranties or services but every question was answered and I felt great about all the decisions that I was making and felt he provided any information in a professional manner. So after our discussions with Juan we met with finance. I cannot remember the gentleman's name, which I am sorry about because he was as delightful as Nadi and Juan. It was a pleasure to go through the warranties, packages and services without any type of hard sell. It was more informative and answered any questions we had. As much as I wanted to run to our new vehicle and start driving we didn't we stayed and talked with the finance person and Juan thanking them for how easy they made the purchase of this vehicle. By the way I also called Nadi to thank her.
To summarize my experience I believe that TRI COUNTY LEXUS is a well run professional dealership that absolutely is intent on making the car buying process of a new Lexus as wonderful as the driving of a New Lexus.
