We wanted to share our last experience with this horrible dealership through their service department. They decided to start diagnosing the car on the last day to tell me that they needed more time to find the problem and that more charges will incur, mind the fact that the car was sitting at service for over 5 days. Amusing how they were able to come up with how much more time is needed (3 additional hours, subject to a charge of $220 per hour) to get the answer but cannot tell me what is actually wrong with the car? Bob, our service advisor, (terrible mannerisms) placed no reassurance and support when I challenged him in understanding the charge but instead he steered me to taking our business elsewhere. Could be that I left him without words when asking about how this is measured. Based on this situation, we felt cheated and taken advantage of. We hope that this sheds some light on how they treat their customers. Somewhat of a bait and switch!! Make you believe that they will take care of the problem but in return extort money from you when you are the most vulnerable. Also we have been a customer with Land Rover Parrissapny for over 15 years based on what has happened, you lost a loyal customer. Just a PURE SHAME!
