Whenever I had need for service for my Mini Cooper Clubwoman, major or minor Mark Ravin, Service Manager, Coordinator, Superman, came to the rescue. He is always confident, reassuring and never, ever condescending. Mark knows me and he knows my car. I always feel that he puts me first. I’ll wait for my car or Mark arranges a loaner for me. The environment at the dealership for those waiting for their vehicle is pleasant. The company provides comfort, sustenance, and accessibility. Mark is available to me during maintenance whether I have a question or issue. He has an amazing temperament…never appears rushed, impatient, and no question is too small or considered a waste of his time. Mark is perfectly suited to handle my needs flawlessly and I am beyond grateful and satisfied.
But when it gets down to the bill, that’s when Mark’s knowledge, experience, and compassion really kicks in. He knows the ins and outs of what is covered, what is not, and seems to pull every advantage in my direction like a rabbit from a hat.
I owe so many huge thanks to Mark and his staff. He makes the service process beyond manageable; it is, believe it or not, a pleasure to send my Mini in for a visit.
