They don’t keep their word. 2 mo waiting on a car. Let loan expire. Was told to come pick up the car and test driving before leaving the dealership on to be told they let my loan expire and being left with no car. I don’t mind being turned down but don’t have waiting on a car for 2 months they said I was approved for and then dropped the ball. I have no car and have to build my credit up from all the hard credit pulls after they let first loan expire. The one star is for the sales person Mr. Kramer. He is a honest salesman that had no idea what finance department was doing. He was just as shocked as we were. But for this dealership Is not for the middle or lower class. Just for upper class people that can put 50% down or pay for car in cash. Me personally I will never give my money to anything with the Criswell name on it.

Brought a 2022 Acra Mdx upon the third day notice leather seats were sinking in I was told by Bruce the finance manager said it was fine. Yeah right . Please Stick To Your Job . How absurd. Spoke with Manager and they both conspired together no way this should be happening to a brand new 52.000 SUV with less than 5.000 miles. Won’t buy another Vehicle . Buyer Beware. And this has happened to a lot of their MDX model . Shame on Acura
