While the service manager was polite, I would not recommend your shop to anyone. There was a week wait just to get my car in.
I thought there was a catalytic converter issue because the car was running extremely sluggish and there was a strong sulfur odor.
The service manager called and said that the code only showed a spark plug issue. He said that all four plugs were cracked... at just over 35k miles. Knowing that plugs should be replaced around 80k miles, I questioned this. He said the factory plugs were likely defective which is concerning.
The labor cost of $300 is outrageous to replace 4 plugs but I couldn't wait any longer to get my car fixed so I had to pay that.
I won't use your service center again and I will be certain that my friends and colleagues are aware of my experience.
