Extremely please with our experience with GRW in Winter Garden, and dealing with Ron Newsome was just a pleasure. Over the past few months we've been to quite a few RV dealers, and this was the best over all experience.

The sales staff, Wendy and Chris, that we worked with were over the hill helpful. Even to come in on a day off to meet us.And we were a nuisance shopper, asking lots of questions and several visits to revisit a question that came up in our minds after leaving. But they were very patient with us at all times. We have had 7 coaches over the years, so we knew how buying a new rv goes. Lots of learning new procedures and new gadgets to use each time. But Wendy and Chris were very patient with us which we appreciated greatly. Front door greeter is a little rude when you walk into showroom. Might suggest someone mention to her that the job of greeter requires a smile and less rudeness. Showroom is pleasant. Full of different types of rvs available to explore inside. Lots of table and chairs to rest when you need. BUt...to my saddness..the popcorn machine was broken but still sits in lobby with old popcorn. Suggest you fix or remove from showroom until useable, but lots of water and sodas are offered. Suggest the rv supply store area be increased and add other items that a rv/camper would like to spend money to buy while visiting. This is our 2nd new rv purchase we have made here over the last 4 years. And as long as Wendy and Chris are there, we will come back. Thank you. The Owens

We purchased our 2024 Forest River Salem fsx travel trailor in March. Chad, our salesman was very kind and patient with us in showing us all the ones we were interested in. He answered all my questions and was quick to get any answers he didn't have. All in all a good and smooth experience. We took it on its "maiden voyage" and found a couple things needed adjusted. Headed there now to drop off for corrections. Will update when we get it back hopefully not as long a time as some have experenced.

Probably the worst experience I've had in 40 years of buying vehicles. Don't ever go there and I mean ever. Travel trailer we bought was missing equipment. They told us they would provide it. They didn't. They tried to upsell us on everything. Was told we would get information on all the additional perks and benefits of purchasing our camper through Camping World. Never happened. Once our check cleared it's like they forgot about us. The salesman we worked with was actually kind, knowledgeable and was trying to get us the best camper. The finance guy and the manager were nothing but a disaster. The person who walked us through the travel trailer knew a lot less about it than we did. I think the salesman quit the next day. Even he couldn't take it anymore. I gave it one star because they do have a really nice American flag flying.

Beware of Camping World of Bartow's mobile repair - badam0112

Beware of Camping World of Bartow's mobile repair service. They charged excessive shop and supply fees, a minimum labor charge of $195 and a trip charge of $97.50. That is just to obtain an inflated estimated repair bill. I paid $385 for them to come out and tell me it was going to cost $2080 to fix a clogged toilet and replace a valve.

Went to camping world today with 9k cash money in my pocket ready to make a deal I was constantly told my disability was an issue and apparently they didn’t want to work with me because my money wasn’t as good as an able bodied persons so I walked out with nothing except utter disappointment and confusion as to why they would turn down a 9k down payment on a camper valued at $13,999

Purchased a 2007 car here. The car was a lease which was being traded in. I was fortunate enough to actually meet the previous owner who told me all about the car while I was there. As far as I know they had been honest about everything (even when i questioned the previous owner about the same history of the car)No one lied to me at all !. They pushed the warranty which i bought, however even with excellent credit i had a interest rate which was kind of high. I found out later that they probably could have offered me a lower rate if i had held out for a bit. Wish i had known that sooner!. Overall good experience.

Back in April I bought a brand-new 2022 Wildwood Toy - Disappointed Customer

Back in April I bought a brand-new 2022 Wildwood Toy Hauler from Camping World of Fort Myers for about $26,000 which included a $2,000 un-negotiable mark-up for supposedly things like delivery, prep and check out.... that's what I figured anyway. The day I picked it up I noticed the air conditioner wasn't working... I told them about it and they replaced it while I was signing the papers for the purchase. I had noticed also that the refrigerator wasn't getting cold but figured it needed more time to cool and I was confident, that part of that $2K mark-up included them checking it out real good... not the case... they let me roll out of there with a 2022 trailer that had a broken fridge.... I live about an hour and a half away from Fort Myers. I had to take it in and now I'm in "Service xxxx" and being treated like I'm the problem. Also, here it is a month later, I've made my first payment on the loan... and they have not paid off my 2020 trailer trade-in! It's looking like if they haven't paid off my trade-in by May 26th I'm going to have to continue making payments on both trailers! Okay, back to how I'm being treated and why I call trying to get my 2022 trailer fixed "Service xxxx". For example, when explaining to the lady in the Service department what happened she said to me, "You didn't check out the refrigerator yourself?". You see? I pay lot's of money. I'm a very good customer. I'm a return customer because I bought my previous trailer from another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoply dealerships. Somehow I'm the problem cause I didn't check the fridge.... Another example of "Service xxxx" is phone-tag... after never ever getting a call back from my inquiries I find myself in endless arguments about whether or not they called back, you're messages we're full... you see again I'm the problem. Another example of "Service xxxx" is the waiting.... and waiting... it took a couple of weeks to get the warranty work "approved" before they even ordered the new fridge. Another example of "Service xxxx" is they assign you only one person to your case... that person's out... you wait... you call back... you got to figure out when that person's days off are ... It was the same way when my 2020 trailer was in "Service xxxx" at Gander in Bartow for 4 months on the worthless extended warranty work.. Gander in Bartow is another one of CEO Mr. Lemonis' monopoly dealerships. I called Mr. Lemonis' office because I wanted them to just give me another trailer because not checking out the fridge was their mistake and I shouldn't have to suffer because of their mistake. I was very hopeful, after all Mr. Lemonis' saying is "If you're not happy I'm not happy!". To make a long story of trying to get help from Mr. Lemonis is a joke I'll give you some examples. One example of Mr. Lemonis NOT giving a xxxx is you will never talk with him, kind-of like when you call your Congress person, you just get a condescending assistant or aid. Yes, condescending... after asking for a new trailer with a working fridge the lady from Mr. Lemonis' office told me that she let me go on... and said that the Mr. Lemonis' RV empire is not like Walmart where you can just go in and return an item and get another one. Wow! She must see herself as coming down to my low level of Walmart shopper to explain to me! I'm sure, she, being a person of such high elevation as a person of the court of the Illustrious Monopolist Mr. Lemonis, does not shop at Walmart. Another example of poor treatment of me by The Court of King Lemonis is that she could not understand that this is not a warranty issue, it is an egregious breech of trust and contract. The trailer that was given to me was not in the agreed upon working condition according to the check-out service that paid I a lot of money for. So here I'm am paying on two trailers and I have neither in my possession. Reminds me of something my former Eastern European wife would say, "There is no love, just money".

I wife and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into the RV secne. Our sales person was named Tim and we are very pleased with our experience we had with him. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about his products after listening to our needs he recommended the A-Liner series. We purchased the Ranger 12 and fits our needs to a T. All the staff at Como RV was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products they sell. We would recommend to everyone to call and ask for Tim and tell him we said to call. Great value, selection and awesome experience

Our experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I send an online request regarding a coach to the moment we drove it off the lot, we couldn't ask for a better experience. We work with Chuck, as our salesman, Duane for financing, and Paul was our service and delivery technician. They were so responsive, helpful, courteous, and informative. They gave us a phoenomal deal for our trade and had great price for our new (used) coach - and believe me, I shop everywhere. It was really handy to have a body shop onsite as our unit trading in had a tire blowout and body damage as we were on our way to the dealership - they took it all in stride and still gave us exceptional value for our unit. Duane is one of the most organized financier I have ever encountered. Chuck was at my every beckon call - and I had a lot of calls and questions, and Paul hung with us with every question, went through every feature in the coach and made sure we were not but completely satisfied before he left. They loved our dog and even thought of little things like giving a ride to the hotel and bringing us waters. We will, without a doubt be back when we are ready for the next one!

Camping World of Cocoa Florida is the worst. - Michael M

Camping World of Cocoa Florida is the worst. The customer service is poor, management gives you a run around and doesn’t stand by their word. Damage was caused by their negligence in not securing the slide all the way into the camper before leaving outside in their parking lot for two-months in torrential Florida rains. Many pictures were sent to Camping World via e-mail of the damage and shotty workmanship they caused and performed. Shotty workmanship left screws not screwed in all the way and a screw in a bracket left out. Camping World did agree to repair the damage. Camping World said they would order the stock material for repair and notify me when material was received. I kept calling inquiring if material was received. Camping World said I could drop off for repairs and that I would receive an e-mail with confirmation of the appointment, which I never received. Once I requested an e-mail stating this would be of no cost to me, it went silent, very silent. Camping World management quit taking my phone calls and wouldn’t respond to e-mails. Very crooked business. Steer clear of this dealership and Camping World if you expect good customer service without hassle.

Took Camper in on Mar 29 2012 to have bearings in living room slide replaced. I was told it would take 4 hours to replace when parts arrived. Was called on 13 April 2012 that wrong parts were recieved and would have to be reordered but there were no numbers on slides. Well I went to camping world and talked to Mickey (service advisor) I took him to the Motorhome and showed him where the numbers were located and read off the numbers. As I was leaving the motorhome I walked by the right front corner and the front corner was damaged. someone at camping world had run into the front end. I had a set of tires installed in Dec. 2010 and since that time everytime I check tire pressure the valve won"t seal and I lose air. I have complained to camping world 4 times and they say there isn"t anything they can do. I googled valve stems with filters and found they were supplied with the balancing material.

Tineke from the Title department does not return calls back. 2.Bought my Motorhome on May 1, 2020 and still cannot register it because my county has not received the title paperwork and Sales tax. Will have to pay a late penalty because of the delay.
