I have been dreading getting a new car: the annoying process, the ridiculous market, the disingenuous sales folks - who hunt you down and then take it personal when you just want to test drive and not purchase the same day. I’ve encountered just about all the various types of scenarios in these past months when it comes to buying car. Let me add too, my mother and I have been to all the different dealerships to look at suvs and compare shopping experiences. Horrific!
From the moment I stepped into Kia Coral Springs, we were greeted with smile and no nonsense egos or arrogance. I asked for Miguel Farinas, who has one of the best reviews, and was luckily greeting immediately. Note, that we were worried that this initial positive welcome would change as we proceeded to talk. But… Miguel informed us of options, let us test drive and never made us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Printed information and said to us, “I’m here when you need me”. Guess what? We returned. And we bought the car! Super customer friendly process, far exceeded what we expected and experienced elsewhere. It started with Miguel, but with all the other Kia Coral Springs team members we met, the experience was simply excellent. At every milestone of the purchasing process, Miguel was nearby, checking in and ensuring we were taken cared of- it showed. Once we were done and ready to roll out, late in the evening, Miguel was still there waiting for us… taking the time to explain the finer details to ensure we would drive off fully immersed into our new car. Miguel treated us like family, and I will always appreciate his humanity in working with us. His attitude made all the difference! Miguel, THANK YO for your greatness. I highly recommend Miguel, many times over. And to KIA the management team, you have a star in Miguel.
To the finance team, Mark - what a gentleman, he treated my mother and I with care. Recognized our needs and was able to effectively help us throughout the process. He was clear and transparent. Excellent experience. Thank you Mark for your charm and professionalism, particularly in representing a sector that’s become so devoid of these - you standout, KIA is fortunate to count on your expertise.
Luis, from the moment he welcomes you with a smile and takes you into his office, he demonstrated patience and an ability to help us navigate our choices without feeling any pressure. We felt seen and understood. Thank you Luis! Your knowledge of the process, the ease with which all the paperwork and various elements came together put us at ease! Last but not least, to Martin in the insurance department- you brought humor, attention and help to us, ensuring we got a good deal so that we could walk out the dealer with everything we needed in terms of protection, thank you!
