I wanted to give an update to my February 5,2024 review.
Although my opinion of that dealership has not changed much, I have to commend the service manager, Joe Porfilio. He listened to my complaint and instead of just following the Ford representative and the service agent, he did research. He reviewed what was done or not done, agreed with me that there was a misdiagnosis, and poor communication. He then promptly refunded all of the money that was charged to me.
Thank you Joe Porfilio for not continuing the gas lighting behavior and helping me!
